TERMS AND CONDITIONS – IFFAT TEXTILE

1. General & Business Model

• Wholesale & Retail: Iffat Textile caters to both individual retail shoppers and bulk wholesale buyers (retailers/resellers).
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under parent/guardian supervision.
• We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store signifies your acceptance of updated terms.

2. Products, Colors & Sizing

• Product Representations: We specialize in nightwear, nighties, dress materials, and suits. All products are described with as much accuracy as possible regarding fit, measurements, and fabric.
• Color Accuracy: Due to variations in mobile/monitor screens, lighting during photography, and natural fabric dye lots, slight differences in color or shade may occur between the screen image and the actual product.
• Size Guide: Please refer carefully to our measurement charts (Chest, Length, Sleeves, etc.) before purchasing, especially for free-size or plus-size nightwear.

3. Pricing & Orders

• Pricing Changes: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Wholesale tiered rates and retail pricing are set at our sole discretion.
• Typographical Errors: In the rare event of an incorrect listing price or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order, even if confirmed. If payment has been processed, the amount will be reversed or credited.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject bulk orders if stocks are depleted, or cancel orders due to logistical issues, fabric unavailability, or verification failures.

4. Payments & COD Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Payments can be completed via standard online methods (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards). You agree to provide valid, authentic payment details owned lawfully by you.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • COD may be available on selected pin codes and up to a designated transaction limit (e.g., maximum ₹10,000).
  • COD availability for wholesale bulk shipments is strictly subject to prior verification and approval.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any suspected fraudulent activity or duplicate fake accounts will lead to immediate cancellation, account suspension, and possible legal action.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellation by Customer: You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
• Cancellation by Iffat Textile: If we are unable to fulfill an order due to fabric quality-check issues, inventory shortages, or shipping constraints, we will inform you promptly and initiate a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We partner with reliable third-party courier services across India. Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, or festive surges.
• Wholesale consignments will be dispatched via dedicated transport/cargo partners based on mutual agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All brand names, logos, original photoshoot imagery, product descriptions, and graphics displayed by Iffat Textile are our proprietary property.
• Resellers are authorized to share product images strictly for reselling Iffat Textile merchandise. Any unauthorized commercial copying, alteration, or reproduction for third-party manufacturing is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We make every effort to provide durable, premium garments. However, Iffat Textile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website downtime, delayed courier shipments, or fabric wear caused by incorrect washing/handling contrary to care instructions.
